A confession

So, I must admit that I’ve been back in Beijing for nearly 3 weeks now, it’s crazy how quickly time flies. I also need to be honest in saying that I had intended to start this blog over 6 months ago…who was it who said: ‘better late than never’, except for my gran?

I have many excuses at my disposal for why I haven’t gotten around to this before now: not finishing work until 10pm, midnight or 4am on some occasions, being so mentally exhausted from work that I couldn’t even concentrate on re-runs of Friends, laziness, being daunted by seeing the backend of a website and all the work that goes into it. But I’m glad I’m getting around to it now, even if there are still lots of mistakes with the website…
